Quesday legal
Terms
These lightweight terms describe the ground rules for using Quesday. They are written for clarity and launch readiness, not as formal legal advice.
Acceptable use
Use Quesday to create, answer, and discuss community questions in good faith. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, spam, scams, or content that violates the rights of others.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for what you post and for making sure you have the rights to share it.
By posting content, you allow Quesday to store, display, format, moderate, and distribute it as needed to operate the product.
Communities and moderation
Community creators and platform admins may moderate communities, questions, comments, broadcasts, memberships, and accounts to keep the service useful and safe.
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, archive communities, or take other admin actions when needed for safety, abuse prevention, product integrity, or policy enforcement.
No abuse or security probing
Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, probe security, test rate limits, send spam, or interfere with Quesday or its users.
If you believe you found a security issue, report it to hello@quesday.com instead of testing further.
Service availability
Quesday is provided as-is and may change over time. We may add, remove, pause, or modify features as the product evolves.
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always be available.
